Honours belong to Mumbai in the Maha-derby

Mumbai FC registered their first ever Maha-Derby win away from home, defeating Pune FC 2-1 at the Balewadi Sports Complex, in Pune on Saturday. A goal in each half from midfielder NP Pradeep and striker Yusif Yakubu saw Mumbai FC get 3 valuable points. Midfielder Arata Izumi had scored for the hosts.

Results from Round 8 of the Delhi Youth League, held on Sunday, December 1. The most outstanding team of the day was Manthan Foundation, winning 4 of the 6 games across the various age groups quite convincingly.

Rangdajied United pulled off a coup as the Shillong-based outfit condemned Mohun Bagan to a 2-0 defeat in front of a highly crowd at Salt Lake, Kolkata. Manandeep Singh gave the Blues a lead in the 22nd minute before Eugeneson Lyngdoh wrapped up the match with the second in the 66th minute.
