Preview: El Clasico

fk27wallpapers.blogspot.comThe latest segment of Clasicos will begin on Saturday with the first meeting of the season between two great rivals and two of the world’s most outstanding teams, Barcelona and Real Madrid.

Recent games between the two have seen battles between Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi as the deciding factor; both Ronaldo and Messi netted for their clubs in the midweek’s Champions League games against Italian opposition. This time the focus will be on the new world class signings done by the Spanish clubs in the transfer window.
Barcelona added arguably the third best player in the world to their roster this summer, Neymar. The 21-year-old Brazilian winger has been a sensation for years at Santos before his transfer to Barca this summer.
He has started off well at his new club with three goals and six assists in thirteen contests. However world record signing player Bale hasn’t seen consistent starts due to the series of injuries which have kept the player out of the limelight.
On Saturday, a notable absence from the match will be Barcelona defender, Gerard Pique. He suffered a hamstring injury during Barcelona’s 1-1 draw with AC Milan on Tuesday.
